1. Returns
You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return:
The item must be unused and in original condition
Original packaging must be included
Proof of purchase (order number) must be provided
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
Used items
Items damaged due to misuse
Personal care or hygiene products (if applicable)
3. How to Request a Return

We will provide return instructions once approved.
4. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked service as we are not responsible for lost return parcels.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
Refunds may take 7–14 business days to appear depending on your bank
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund including return postage where applicable.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.
Once dispatched, the order must go through the return process.
